Movement-Focused Chiropractic Care in North Vancouver

Helping you get from the desk to the mountains through hands-on care and personalized movement plans.

Who I help
Desk & Remote Workers
Long days at a computer can lead to neck pain, headaches, tight shoulders, and low back stiffness.
I help people who sit most of the day reduce pain, improve posture, and build simple movement habits they can maintain at work and home.
Active People & Athletes
Runners, cyclists, lifters, skiers, and hikers often push through recurring hip, knee, shoulder, or back issues.
My approach blends manual therapy with strength and mobility work so you can stay active, train smarter, and reduce the risk of flare-ups.
 Persistent & Complex Pain
Ongoing pain, whether in the neck, back, or other joints, can be confusing and frustrating.
I take time to explain what is happening, calm things down with hands-on care, and build a graded movement plan so you can move with more confidence.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

1

Conversation

We will have a brief conversation about your history and goals, what you do, what you love, and how pain is affecting you. You will be surprised how past injuries or sports play a role in how you move today.

2

Movement and Physical Assessment

After understanding more about you and your goals, we will be looking not only at where the pain or limitation is, but how the surrounding joints and tissues are working together.

3

Treatment & The Plan

Once we discuss the findings form the assessment we perform some hands-on manual therapy and chiropractic techniques. We then create a personalized movement plan, with clear exercises and strategies so you know what to do between sessions and how we’ll progress over time

How I Treat

Every person and every injury is different, but most plans include a blend of:

  • Manual therapy – including joint manipulation, mobilization, and soft tissue techniques to reduce pain and improve movement.

  • Movement-based rehab – targeted exercises to restore strength, control, and confidence in how you move.

  • Education and planning – clear explanations, realistic timelines, and strategies you can use at work, in the gym, or on the trail.

The goal is always the same: calm things down, then build you back up so you can return to the activities that matter to you.

Testimonials

Many patients come in after trying other approaches without clear answers.

Here is one example of what patients have shared about their experience:

“I was thoroughly impressed with Aaron Wallace. He explained everything clearly and concisely about the treatment going forward and gave me hope that I would at least be relieved of some of the symptoms of my chronic pain. He gave me much more information about my condition than any other doctor I've worked with."
